A Fun Visit...and stuff

My sister Amanda and Brother in Law Paul came up from Columbus, OH this past week to do the whole "Philly tourist thing." We were all excited to visit, plus meet my super cute nephew Glenn. The girls absolutely loved him, they put blankets on him and gave him lots of kisses and probably came close to smothering him so we had to keep an eye on them! Carmen especially couldn't stop saying "baby, baby." Lilli has been saying prayers on the food for several weeks now, well this week when we would ask her she would promptly ask Amanda to say the prayer..it was hilarious. Unfortunately no pictures of Paul or Eric made it into this round...

Adoration, that's the only way I can think to describe the look on Lilli's face! Part of it may have been due to the following picture...

oh yeah!

(Take a look at that belly, that's 34 1/2 weeks for ya!!)

This is the only downside to returning back west this fall, we won't be close to my oldest sister Janae or Amanda, who is just 18 months younger then me, or the two nephews and niece I have out here... :(

Carmen decided one day that she wanted to put Lilli's princess panties on over her diaper...

Lilli saw that I had just taken a picture of Carmi and wanted one taken of herself, so here it is.

Poor Carmi has had a rough time of it lately, she improved quite a bit after we stopped giving her dairy, but has still had this never ending runny nose/cold. A little trip to an allergy doctor is probably in order...anyway, last Tuesday Carmi woke up at her normal time, around 7:30 am. She walked out into the dining room and before I could give her breakfast she had laid down on the floor. I went and picked her up and could tell she was falling asleep, so we laid her on Lilli's mattress (I thought that way if she woke up in a few minutes she could just come out on her own). Well half an hour goes by, and another and another...(I kept checking on her to make sure she was still breathing) and before I knew it this sweet little girl had slept a solid 5 hours (yes, 5) she didn't get up until 12:30. And has been much happier ever since. I think being sick all weekend had just worn her out.
