Last October I made some homemade strawberry jam. It was such a hit (and incredibly delicious...I may have caught several of the children eating out of the jar with a spoon) that I decided I would try my best to never buy it again. So a few weeks ago I made another batch. I used a different kind of pectin so I am a little worried about how well it set up, but it will taste delicious I know for sure!
So we signed Lilli up for racketball lessons at our local YMCA. When we
took her the first time they invited Carmen to join them. It has been
so fun for both of them. And to make life even more fun, one of the
nights we are there the climbing wall is opened.
Carmen was pretty scared the first couple of times and didn't make it to the top to ring the cowbell. But she kept trying and has been doing awesome.
They have a little "cave" where Nadia has been practicing her skills.
