Well, this is the extent of my thanksgiving photos. I guess I was too busy cooking! I snapped these while Eric was at the park with Lilli, Carmi and Jared. It is pretty crazy how much time you spend cooking, and then the time taken to consume isn't it? Hours vs minutes. It must've been good. I definitely outdid myself, enough that I didn't cook a dinner until the following sunday. Lilli and Jared were weren't to happy though, because every time they asked what we were having for dinner (and lunch for that matter!!) I would always say, turkey/stuffing/mashed potatoes/cranberries/yams. They were pretty happy about the pies though! Carmen LOVES mashed potatoes so she was okay with it.
Oh yes, olives at thanksgiving. One of my fondest childhood memories!
Nadia knew she had me all to herself, (well mostly, we were in a severely messy kitchen surrounded by all sorts of stuff that needed my attention) so she got all dressed up and asked for a picture...
I admit, I haven't always taken a whole lot of enjoyment in cooking. Baking, well, I've always loved that. But in the past year I have realized that I really really REALLY like cooking! It's been fun!

That's fun and to think I haven't seen Nadia since she was pretty much a baby. :)
