18 Months

I can hardly believe that Lilli is 18 months now! This past
Sunday she had her first day in nursery, (with no crying much
to my relief)! Eric dropped her off and when I went to get her
she didn't even run to me, I had to call her and go get her of the
box she was climbing!

She still manages to keep me pretty busy,
but I love it!
A few things she has been up to:
She picks up the bb's from Eric's pellet gun
and puts them down her shirt, along with her
sippy cup, blocks, and whatever else she
wants close to her!~
She loves to dance! Especially to theme
songs from all the PBS kids shows,
Word Girl, Sid The Science Kid, and
Word World.
She blows on my baby bump
She loves being bounced on our bed by her
Dad.
She is very smart, she will go and get her
shoes and coat when I tell her we are going
somewhere.
She is still a big people person as ever. We
went over to the dental school yesterday
to have lunch with Eric, she totally soaked
up all the love and attention from the professors
and students that she met!
She is a little tom boy and hates getting her
hair done. Most of the time she will have the
plastic band pulled out within a half hour of
me putting it in. But..she underestimates how
stubborn her Mommie is. I decided the other
day I didn't want to have the hair battle with
her when she's five so thanks to my stubbornness
the hair things have been staying in much longer!

She is a super great little girl and we are so
lucky to have her.

I can't believe that Lili is 18 months already! Wow, I am so glad you have this blog so I feel like I know her. I have a quick tip for hairdos. Braids. Just pull a bit up like you usually do and then braid it instead and they don't mind it so much. It's not as tight and my kids tend to forget it's there sooner. Hope this helps.
