Eric is 3-0, (shhhh)
Eric asked for a Lemon Meringue Pie for his birthday this year. I have not had the best luck with meringue so I was thrilled when it turned out perfect! I wasn't on top of it and didn't get Carmen's cupcake made (Her birthday is the 25th, Eric's is the 26th) so they shared the pie.
