ewww, do I have to eat this?
I was not expecting another record snowfall after the one in December...weather is certainly unpredictable!
Yup..28 inches right there...and another storm is hitting tomorrow (18 inches expected). It sure makes it hard to go out grocery shopping.
Last Friday I tried to go out, but it was pure pandemonium. I just didn't have the energy to fight my way through the hundreds of people buying out the entire grocery store for fear of starving to death. (Especially with Lilli and Carmi)
I sent Eric when he got home but by then the entire meat section was completely gone, so he walked over the next day in all the snow to get some wings for our superbowl dinner. It was sure worth it, those buffalo wings were to DIE for! (Have I mentioned that Eric is a fabulous cook? I consider myself very lucky)

Kodak moment! I couldn't resist. I was amazed Lilli was this happy at 5 in the afternoon, she's had an awful cold the last couple of days and didn't sleep well last night. I was surprised she didn't just crash and take a nap today. She was more interested in going outside and shoveling snow with me I guess! She actually fell asleep at the dinner table a full hour before her normal bed time. So cute!
I was giving Carmen a few "crawling" lessons this afternoon, she is a lot closer then I thought! She is definitely not going to be walking at 8 months like Lilli did, but I have no problem with that!
Carmen had her 6 month appointment last week. She is now 17 lbs 5 ounces (73rd percentile), and 28 inches long (98th percentile)
As for the GPR...
Eric has been accepted at St. Joseph Medical Center in Reading, PA (pronounced Redding). It's an hour northwest of Philly. St. Joseph will be a good experience for us. We'll have to see what happens.

What is the spring thaw going to bring?
Reading huh. What is the weather like there, and how long will your family be living there?
I'll have to google and see what it looks like :-D Take care of yourselves in all of this snow!
OOOOOOOOO! I love the picture on the bottom of your blog! It's calling my name! LOL I'm pretty sure it calls your name too!
Congrats on Reading! That's wonderful! Is GPR 1 year or more?
And your girls are so cute. I love their animated faces.
Wow! Redding eh? So close, yet so far away! Well that will be great. I will expect to see you every now and again...that's an order! :)
